Rent Facilities
The Flagler Playhouse's facilities are now available for rental uses. Interested parties may include those planning weddings, conferences, seminars, benefits, school performances and graduation ceremonies. Facilities which may be included are:
Rental Rate is $125 per hour with a four hour minimum ($500) for the use of the entire facility. Flagler Playhouse technical personnel must be present during a renters usage for an additional fee of $75. Only Playhouse personnel will be permitted to operate the theater's lighting or audio equipment. A $100 deposit will be required for cleaning which may be returned in whole or in part to the renter following the event as determined by the Playhouse in its sole discretion based on the cleanliness of the facility.
In addition, we have additional areas available for rental on a daily basis. These areas include conference/meeting rooms, dance/rehearsal rooms, and a smaller 35 seat theater. Rates range from $20 to $100 per hour.
There are also several offices available in our Annex building available for rental on a monthly basis. Preference will be given to tenants with a complementary artistic purpose. Please inquire as to rates for any of these additional spaces.
