Summer Musical Theater Camp - June 11th to June 22nd

Have you been bitten by the acting bug? Want to develop your voice or stage presence or just want to explore the wonderful world of theater? Flagler Playhouse’s Summer Musical Theater Camp has it all...voice, dance and acting instruction!

This program will be directed by Ann Paris and will insure a magical summer for all participants between the ages of 8 and 16!

The camp will be held daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the two weeks of June 11th to June 22nd at the Flagler Playhouse at 301 E. Moody Boulevard, Bunnell, FL.  A fee of $175.00 will be charged to each participant with some scholarships available. 

A “review” of the skills learned will be held for parents in a performance on the last day of camp at 1:00 PM.

What:  Flagler Playhouse Musical Theatre Camp

When  June 11th - June 22 Monday - Fridays 9:00 AM - 2:00PM

Who:   Any child, Ages 8 -16.  No audition ALL WELCOME

Tuition:  $175  (Limited Scholarships available)

Performances:  A 1 hour “Review” for parents will held on Friday June 22 at 1:00PM

Beauty and the Beast Junior Camp - June 25th to July 15th

This program will include the development of junior performers in singing, dancing and acting skills and will conclude with an onstage performance of Beauty and the Beast before a live audience!

Performers between the ages of 8 and 18 are invited to attend the audition for this summer program on Sunday, June 3 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Flagler Playhouse located at 301 E. Moody Blvd, Bunnell, FL. For the audition please be prepared to sing about 1 minute of a song with an accompaniment CD or sound file.  In addition, a short (30 second) monologue or memorized poem will be required. Please call 904-446-7618 for information and an appointment for the audition.

There will be a $75.00 participation fee for this summer program only if you are cast. Scholarships will be available based on talent and need.

Rehearsals for this program will be held daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM during the weeks of June 25th to June 29th and July 9th to July 13th (closed for the July 4th week). 

Performances will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday July 14th and Sunday, July 15th. Tickets will be on sale to the public at $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.
